ROTARY COMMUNITY CIRCUS
Caroline Bay Carnival Cancelled. First time in 110 years!
Coming soon first time in almost 100 years! The Rotary Community Circus. Never seen before. RingMaster Shaun (ex-Army) (yet to agree but he will) Lions in a Cage (Timaru Suburban yet to agree), Lion Tamer John ( nukes disputes in seconds with big whip), Lionel (rumour has it years ago a lion ate his leg), Re-cyclers riding crazy bikes around the ring, Tasha aerial artist, hanging from the roof (pay rate yet to be agreed, she is great and charges heaps), Sergeant Margaret (big lady with big laughs), Jess the choreographer (holds it all together with a smile).
Followed by a Charitable Trust Board meeting at Lynette & Lionel's (166B North St).

The Socials Committee is holding a "Friday At 5" get together at 'Monteiths on the Bay Hill' on 26th November.
There is no need to confirm your attendance, just turn up if you are able, for about an hour.
Last Kindling Chopping Morning For 2021.
On Saturday 24th November we will be holding our last kindling chopping morning' for the year, from 9 - 12.
The location is a shed (the sign above the sliding door is 'STORE 2) on LHS of Hayes St (when coming from wharf end).
We have boxes of wood to cut into kindling. We need people with tomahawks and some people to stack boxes with the cut kindling.
As many as possible attending would be appreciated (and of course there will be our normal lovely morning tea supplied).
As per the email, I sent out on Thursday 18th November please email me - (tonyhend.mavis@gmail.com) if you haven't already and are able to help (for catering purposes).

'Family Works' Food Bank Donations (Only 3 more weeks).
Don't forget to bring a non-perishable item along each week (only 3 more meetings to do so - this week, 30th November & 7th December) for donating to 'Family Work' Food Bank to go in the 'Christmas Food Parcels' they will be giving out.

Julie Dockrill is co-ordinating on behalf of our club the PSSC Family Works 'Christmas Angels' project where members can help by getting involved to buy gifts/gift vouchers, experiences etc for a local family (or if enough members involved 'families') in need this Christmas.
