Four eyes are watching you (rumours are about the 5-eye spy group might become four eyes, but that is political, so as our politicians like to say; no comment!) Viewing from the lectern gives quite a different perspective to sitting amongst you.
Did you realise when we have a guest speaker who is a retired school principal every one of you stood up to ask a question? The discipline and respect drummed into us older folk at school is still alive and well! Yet when we have a younger guest, or indeed a person from a different ethnic background, not one stood up to ask a question. Something for you to reflect upon.

Don't forget to bring a non-perishable item along each week (until our second last meeting before Christmas) for donating to 'Family Work' Food Bank to go in the 'Christmas Food Parcels' they will be giving out.

Julie Dockrill is co-ordinating on behalf of our club the PSSC Family Works 'Christmas Angels' project where members can help by getting involved to buy gifts/gift vouchers, experiences etc for a local family (or if enough members involved 'families') in need this Christmas.
Remember this is "your" bulletin and so please email information to me on what your committee is doing (or planning) so everyone can be aware of it.
Lack of the above will mean the bulletin is not advising the members of what is happening in the club & particapation will be down.
